Sir, I have recently had installed two
G71P furnaces and two XC21 air conditioners. I am writing to
tell you how pleased I am with the effort that Goettl's High
Desert put forward. The installation team of Justine and
Marvin were on time and competent. John, and later Pat, from
Phoenix, were equally pleasant to work with. Dane took me
through the sales process in a very professional manner. I
in my prior life led a group that worked on large RFP's
including Federal, State and the defense industry. Dane's
process is structured and reminiscent of what I am used to
dealing with. It included a proposal, statement of work and
a proscribed change order process. The G71P furnaces as you
know are new to Lennox and are the first that Goettl's has
installed. Your folks followed up several times to get
everything as I had hoped it would be. On a personal note my
wife had asked me in front of Dane if it was wise to buy the
G71P furnaces because they were brand new to you and to
Lennox. Thank goodness everything is in and working as
advertised.

Swaw - He had a service appointment with us today. He was
referred to us by the builder of his home and wanted to
extended credit to Mr. Staggs on how polite, professional
and how he was impressed with the overall service that he
was first very hesitant about.

As you may recall our compressor, as
your technician termed it, was 'fired' when the capacitor
fell over and one of the wires shorted out the system. I
want to thank you for your integrity and your generous offer
to replace the compressor. Conducting your business in this
manner is, I'm sure, why you have such as good reputation in
the community.

professionalism of your employees. Each of them from our
first contact with your Technician, Robert, to Conform
Consultant Dane Wombacher and your Service Representative
Monte demonstrated, not only professionalism, but
exceptional expertise in their respective jobs and a
positive attitude about what they do and their association
with Goettl's. My experience has been that attitude and
professionalism state at the top and flow through an

My name is Barbara and I just had a
new furnace and AC unit installed by Goettl's. I can hardly
believe what a pleasant experience a big job like this could
be, but it was great from the beginning to end. Justin,
Lorenzo and Marvin were courteous, amiable and meticulous.
They worked so well together and were patient in showing me
how to operate the unit and access and change the filter.
They cleaned up at the end, AND they were here on time!

I had the misfortune recently to have
my furnace stop working at approximately the same time the
temperatures plummeted. I asked several friends their
suggestions on a fair, reliable HVAC company and I was
directed to Goettl's.
I thought if I could find out more
about my furnace, it might help your technician and his
repairs. I called my realtor to find out who build my house
and what subcontractor had installed the furnace; I had
hoped to check with this company to find out what kind of
furnace it was, what warranties might be in place and what
problems were common. Well, that company is no longer in
business.
I was given a name of an individual
who might be able to repair the furnace and "save me some
money." So, I called this nice man who was willing to try to
find time in this busy schedule to look at my furnace. It
was two days later that he was able to break free. I had
already lived through a couple says in a 50-degree house and
was ready for some help. I said that I though it igniter
wasn't working. After about a hour of checking things out,
this friend of a friend told me the igniter wasn't working.
He informed me that he was not acquainted with this furnace
and did not have access to the necessary igniter. He then
suggested I call Goettl's.
It was now Saturday evening. Sunday
and MLK Monday followed.
By Tuesday, I was highly motivated to
make contact with someone who could help me. Now five days
after my furnace went out, I spoke with a nice lady who said
that she would send Tony the following morning. She said
that he had installed furnaces for the now-defunct
contractor and was familiar with my furnace.
Tony showed up promptly the next
morning, spend a half-hour checking everything out and
replacing my igniter. He was courteous, knowledgeable and
efficient. My great regret is that I wasted five days
freezing which I could have had such a positive result
before the weekend.
As I told Tony before he left, all the
recommendations I received from trusted friends indicated
that Goettl's was the company to trust. After my experience,
I can say the same and will do so when I have the
opportunity. Thank you for your excellent service.

Since I moved to the Stoneridge
development in Prescott Valley, I have encountered the
Goettl's staff on three occasions. Two out of three of those
occasions, we received excellent customer service. On those
two occasions, the service technician was the same
individual - Ken Kucera. You should be very pleased that
such a quality individual represents your company.
I recognize that many people
experience excellent customer service and yet, do not
express that to the owners. I believe having encountered Ken
twice at our home and once at our neighbor's, that what he
brings to the table is worth taking to time to share.
He is prompt, exceedingly courtesy,
highly knowledgeable and able to "break down" the technical
aspects of his work and put it into customer friendly terms.
He voluntarily takes the time to make sure that the customer
understand what needs to be done, how long it will take and
then proceeds to do the job accordingly. He likewise cleans
up after his work - had you not been there to see the job
getting done, you would not have known he was there. Not
many folks in the trades exhibit that consideration.
Most importantly, he is respectful. He
treats his customers and their property in the most
professional way. Though few homeowners relish warranty
work, we know when Ken is here, that we are getting the very
best service and technical expertise.
I would hope that both of your would
extend our heartfelt thanks to Ken and acknowledge his
quality performance. He is a real credit to your
organization and certainly represents through word and deed
the ethics that all owners seek from their staff. Based on
his performance, Goettl's will continue to service our home,
yes, long after the warranty period expires.
